Diabetes

An impairment affecting synthesis or release of ADH(anti diuretic hormone) results in a diminish ability of the kidney to conserve water leading to water loss and dehydration or presence of large amount of water in urine, i.e. loss of water. This condition is known as diabetes insipidus.
Diabetes mellitus:- presence of ketone bodies or glucose in urine, and it is cure by insulin therapy.
